Arranging triangles in colorful combinations makes for a great quilt design. Half square triangles (HST) like those created by the GO! Half Square Triangle-1 1/8″ Finished Square die is a basic building block in quilting. For versatility, make your half square triangles into a 1 1/8″ square simply by sewing two of them together. You could also use two triangles to build cornerstones in borders by using a GO! Strip cutter die. There are a limitless number of quilting patterns that include the HST. Use your AccuQuilt Fabric Cutter to make cutting these small triangles a breeze. You’ll get precisely cut lines through multiple layers of fabric, which saves you time and makes piecing easier.
